Pro Care Carpet and Floor Cleaning provides professional cleaning services including, but not limited to:

  • Floor care and maintenance
  • Janitorial services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, with or without notice.

Service Agreements

Booking and Scheduling

  • Service appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • We require advance notice for scheduling, typically 24-48 hours.
  • Same-day service may be available but is not guaranteed.
  • You may reschedule or cancel appointments with at least 24 hours' notice.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
  • Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
  • Final pricing may vary based on the actual condition of the space and services required.
  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made.
  • We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.
  • Late payments may be subject to interest charges and collection fees.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about the space to be cleaned.
  • Ensure safe and clear access to the work area.
  • Remove or secure fragile, valuable, or personal items before service.
  • Inform us of any special requirements, allergies, or concerns.
  • Be present or provide access instructions for scheduled appointments.
  • Notify us immediately of any issues or concerns with completed work.

Warranties and Guarantees

We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services and stand behind our work. Our satisfaction guarantee includes:

  • We will return to address any areas that do not meet our quality standards, provided you notify us within 48 hours of service completion.
  • This guarantee applies only to the specific services performed and does not cover pre-existing conditions, damage, or wear.
  • We are not responsible for damage to items that were not properly secured or disclosed before service.
  • Some stains or conditions may be permanent and cannot be removed despite our best efforts.

Disclaimer: Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, except as expressly stated in this agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pro Care Carpet and Floor Cleaning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use our services
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
  • Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted through our services
  • Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Insurance and Bonding

Pro Care Carpet and Floor Cleaning maintains general liability insurance and is bonded. We are committed to protecting your property and our employees. In the unlikely event of damage to your property caused by our negligence, we will work with you to resolve the matter fairly.

You agree to maintain appropriate insurance coverage for your property and belongings. We are not responsible for damage to items that were not properly secured or disclosed before service.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Pro Care Carpet and Floor Cleaning or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our website without our prior written consent.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services:

  • In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
  • To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pro Care Carpet and Floor Cleaning, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with:

  • Your access to or use of our services
  • Your violation of these Terms of Service
  • Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property right or privacy right
  • Any claim that your use of our services caused damage to a third party

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Monroe County, Pennsylvania.

You agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to our services must commence within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues. Otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.

Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our services and supersede and replace any prior agreements.
